Emma was born and raised in Kearney, NE. She completed her undergraduate degree in Speech, Language, Hearing at the University of Kansas in 2017. Rock Chalk! She then moved back to Good Old Nebraska U, where she completed her Masters of Hearing Science in 2019 and her Doctorate of Audiology in 2021. The last couple of years have been a whirlwind, and Emma is pleased to be starting her career in the town she grew up in. Emma’s clinical passion lies in providing hearing healthcare to rural areas of the state, which she gets to do by traveling to outreach clinics in Lexington, Alma, and Minden.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys kayaking with her husband and dog, traveling to see friends, and cross-stitching. She is also a big fan of KU basketball, and convincing her husband that there is no such thing as too many plants.
